Frank Stronach started a one-man tool and die shop in a rented garage and built it into Magna International, the world's most diversified auto parts supplier, employing 180,000 people in 30 countries.
He believes the key to Magna's success was its profit sharing formula, which made every employee a partner in profitability, and that a Canadian Economic Charter of Rights will raise productivity and incomes for Canadian workers.
